Terms of service.

1. About the service
Jourami is an AI-assisted travel planning workspace provided by {{TO_FILL: legal entity name}}. By using Jourami you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Jourami. By creating an account you confirm you meet that requirement.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details accurate, keeping your password secret, and for activity that happens under your account. Don't share your account with others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically download the service or its content
- Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Use automated tools to interact with the service outside of any APIs we publish
- Upload content you don't have the right to upload
- Interfere with the service's normal operation
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide (trip details, documents, expenses, notes). You grant Jourami a non-exclusive licence to process that content as needed to operate the service (e.g. to generate itineraries, send confirmations, render PDFs). You warrant that you have the right to upload anything you upload.
6. AI-generated content
Itineraries, suggestions, deals, news, and tips in Jourami are generated by AI models and verified against external sources where possible. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for verifying details — opening hours, prices, eligibility — before relying on them. Jourami is not liable for travel decisions you make on the basis of AI suggestions.
7. Third-party services
Jourami integrates with Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, OpenWeather, Supabase, Resend, and Vercel. Each is governed by its own terms. Jourami isn't responsible for outages or errors in those services.
8. Bookings and deals
Content in the Deals tab is AI-suggested only. Jourami doesn't make bookings on your behalf, doesn't charge booking fees, and isn't a party to any reservation you make. You transact directly with the provider cited.
9. Fees
Jourami is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll notify you and these terms will be updated.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your activity poses a risk to other users or to the service. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jourami is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Jourami for any third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of {{TO_FILL: governing law jurisdiction, e.g. "England and Wales"}}. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that same place.
14. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we'll notify signed-in users by email and post the updated version here with a new effective date.
